The Deputy Program Manager will assign work, bridge relationships, commit their team to work, manage the quality of work, manage the team financials, and drive overall people management within the team. S/he will also be responsible for coordinating needs with overall leadership and adapting as necessary.
Here's what you need:
8+ years of experience with information systems operations and maintenance or application architecture build or maintenance.
Supervisory experience required.
US Citizenship required (Dual citizenship not eligible)
Bonus points if:
Change Management experience
Developing Custom training solutions
Experience estimating and building work plans, budgets
